Preko

 Preko

Preko is a lovely village across Zadar, situated on the island Ugljan. It is not exact to call it a village any more because with time it turned in close and convenient city suburb. The fact that Preko is on island gives it more tranquil, peaceful and quiet flavor. Nature is beautiful and two small islet in front of Preko are beautiful places to visit and look at. On one of them there is a Franciscan cloister and the other one is an excellent choice for a short trip and/or swim.

House

 Villa Katarina

House is in the peacefull part of Preko on the main beach, and by any standard it is a great location. Three parking spaces are in front of the house what is of utmost interest in tourist season. Interior of the house is divided in 3 separate units. Apartment one is on the ground floor. On the first floor owners live, and apartments two and three are on second floor. Each apartment has separate enterance. There is also private bearth in front of house that can be used by guests who own or wish to rent a boat. Restaurants, caffes, groceries and local farmers market are just short distance away.

Each apartment has one bedroom, fully furnished kitchen with dining area, livingroom, and bathroom with shower. Kitchens have all neccesary utensiles and dishes for serving and preparing food for up to 6 people. Every apartment has terrace or balcony with stunning sea view.
There is TV set with satelite programs in every apartment as well as heater and air conditioner. In addition to that we have washers in apartment one and two.
Apartment one is suitable for disabled persons.(position, aproach, etc.)
